Some New / Old Fiction

I’ve simply got to lighten this dive up...

Yet another short, sweet romance. God is Love, we are told. Courage, as C. S. Lewis has put it, is the supreme human virtue, because all the other virtues require it when put to the severest test. Is it any wonder, then, that we should find courage so reliably in those who love?

  2. His price, even predicting the mother's response, was cheap. I dated a lovely young Chinese girl in my first semester of college. Long story, but at 16 I was too immature to understand how to maintain the relationship. I have regrets.

Thanks for raising some bittersweet memories, Fran.
