Les Deplorables Revolution

It's time.

Time to reveal ourselves. Time to put on our identifying colors, as the Yellow Vests have, and openly declare our status.

From this Friday to Winning, find something red, and wear it on Friday. Wear it when in groups. Wear it for your profile picture on social media. Wear it on holidays.

Wear it while voting - if the cameras show a sea of red, they can hardly claim that a precinct has been won by their side.

Images count. Let this be the image burned into our retina.

  1. Les Deplorables. I prefer being part of the Great Unwashed personally. Or even better yet, irredeemable. Or even better than that, one of whom Adrienne calls 'dirt people.'

Regardless of the moniker you choose, there are quite a few of us that the left hates, looks down upon and despises. And these are the people who want power to do to us what they please, hence their ambitions to get rid of the electoral college.

That particular push should be immediately clear to these pinkos that getting rid of the electoral college requires getting 2/3 of states to ratify an amendment to the Constitution - and they seemingly do not know that there is no way that states such as Wyoming, ND, SD, Vermont, Kansas, Nebraska (I could go on) will willingly surrender their constitutionally guaranteed rights to have a deciding hand in who leads the country. Never ever going to happen.

But the commies don't know that.

  2. The NPV (National Popular Vote) push seems to sidestep that by a voluntary agreement by the signing states that they will instruct their electors to vote for the winner of the popular vote nationwide. But, yes, this is likely to lead to challenges in court, as it likely violates their state constitutions, as well as the premise that when you vote, it should be reflected in that state's electoral college casting.

The more crazy and desperate the Left gets, the more people are giving them the side-glance and moving away. Really, if it were not for the near-total lockdown of the media, they would have crashed and burned already.

I just want there to be a visible opposition. Many Deplorables are in camouflage at work and in their community. They need to come out of the closet.

  3. The Left does not care what the words of the Constitution are. It says whatever they want it to say. Just like history books.

Civil War 2.0 is inevitable because the Left simply WILL NOT STOP.
It's what they do. It's all they do.

  4. Subtle enough to avoid workplace retaliation but overt enough to see at a glance who allies may be. I like it, I'm down.

  5. Red is the color of commies. The 'color' of us the Deplorables is White. Just like Russia 1917. Whites vs Reds.

  6. Yes, I agree with you, Andy - BUT, the red is more noticeable. Red catches the eye.

  7. I would suggest a red bandanna. There's no outfit I can think of, except perhaps a low-cut cocktail dress, that can't be attractively accessorized by a bandanna.

And if you plan to go to the polls in a low-cut cocktail dress, have someone take pictures and post them here!

  8. Francis, if you wear that low-cut cocktail dress, please make sure you wear the proper heels to go with it.

  9. Linda,

Trump winning the popular vote next year will instantly end all talk of NPV for a generation.

  10. Were you aware that wearing a red shirt on Fridays is already a thing in the military community? It stands for Remember Everyone Deployed.

  11. Actually, no, I wasn't thinking about that, although I'd heard it somewhere. Like many people, when my own kid left the service, military matters moved further to the back of my mind.

I have to believe that most of those with kids in the services would also be considered Deplorables - at least those with kids in harm's way (not the REMF types, like that Lt. Colonel with the presumptions of Trump's motivations).
