I'm similarly keen on Trump because it's clear where he stands on that. What politician in America doesn't have a horrible record on left-right?Col. B. Their open borders obsession is bizarre. I once emailed a well known libertarian and it was like talking to the wall. It was shortly after I read how Bill Maher lives in a zip code with minimal minority presence. I have not doubt that if I tracked down that guy's address it would show the same thing. Open borders is something hugely precious but abstract in the extreme. The people who have to deal with reality, like the ranchers on the Arizona border or the Border Patrol, know what's what but The Insulated and Protected Ones are oblivious.Col. B. One of the reasons I could never really warm to them.

The other being their "non-violence" notion, unless actually attacked. If I understand Matt Bracken correctly, that may have been how our sailors were captured and held by the Iranians: ROE that said they absolutely cannot shoot unless fired upon. So, they get surround by enough Iranian gunboats to where they simply have no choice but surrender or die, because none of the boats actually fired at them.

Any Americans who cannot foresee something similar happening between demographic jihad and the flooding of our country with Hispanics from Mexico, Central America, and elsewhere is asleep at the switch.

No candidate comes even close to being perfect, and as much as I prefer Cruz over the rest of the pack (minus Trump), he lacks the courage Trump displays when he speaks of things the rest won't - the real problems happening now which threaten our country and our way of life. The fact that he may have spoken or acted differently in the past should be considered, but so should the fact that many of us have changed our minds about important issues, too. I once felt abortion was no big deal, but now I truly believe it is murder - especially as performed by Planned (to never lead to) Parenthood. And I am not the least bit religious.

Trump is the only candidate to at least voice concern, let alone shout it from the rooftops the way I have heard he is doing. If the Republican party is unable to shut down his candidacy as I am sure they are hoping to do (they were successful with Ron Paul), I will gladly vote for him.Reg Thttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14099612693763932005noreply@blogger.com
