The appeal of Trump.

Trump supporters are giving “the establishment” a giant middle finger. In some ways they are like the 60s white girls who dated black guys just to piss off their parents.

Trump supporters have had it with the Demosocialists and the RINOs. They know there isn’t a dime’s worth of difference between Rodham and Jeb/Rubio/Kasich/Christie/et al. So they figure they may as well have some fun tossing some Trump/Molotov cocktails while they watch the nation collapse.

They have had it with political correctness, welfare, fake disabilities, ObamaCare, the Fed’s money-printing, Wall Street, Jon Corzine, Michelle’s vacations, Obama’s golf, deficits, “holiday trees,” Bruce “Caitlyn” Jenner, Hollywood hypocrites, Chevy Volts, clock boy, pajama boy, mattress girl, and on and on and on. They believe none of the “regular” candidates are listening to them, and Trump is their way of saying, “Screw you, Hillary Rodham Rove Bush!”

If Trump loses and Rodham wins, so what? She won’t do anything Jeb or Rubio wouldn’t do. All of them would be caretakers, watching over the collapse of the nation.

If Trump wins, Congress won’t let him do anything too stupid anyway. It’s not like it will roll over for him like it did for Barry Soetoro.

  1. Not sure where I read it, might be from Ace;but I love the quote:
"Trump isn't our candidate, he's our murder weapon."
The GOP didn't listen when we gave them Congress in the last two elections... so... we are "Inigo Montoya, you kill my country... prepare to die"

  2. I wouldn't be so sure about congress keeping him on a short leash, one of the rumors that keep coming up about the main reason why the repubs keep rolling over for Obama is that he's got a lot of dirt on them. If this is true, count on Trump to do the same thing
I would also look for him to bury federal justices when they try to pen him in as well

  4. That "Congress will keep him on a short leash" idea has always puzzled me. In these particular times, Congress isn't more than a cipher. Look for tissue paper to stop a runaway train before this Congress will lift a finger to impede the revolutionary, communist-inspired, Alinsky-based, Muslim-loving Obama agenda.

Those who say this about a future Congress just naturally assume there is something to be kept on a short leash. If so, it looks a lot like normality. It's the present "normality" that's lacking a leach. What we have now is what "main-stream politics" has ordained. Constitutional subversion, out-or-control feminism, attacks on free speech, aggressive, unconstitutional foreign wars, and cultural and fiscal suicide are what these fools think amount to "normal," however.

    J. Edgar Hoover (RIP) clearly had the dirt on everyone, hence his long tenure. That's pretty much a constant in my view. Roberts seems plausibly to have caved for no principled reason and I think there was something out of view that caused that. I think I'll just put my money on these guys all just being time servers who want to stay in office above everything. There might be five of them who understand or give a damn about real constitutional government.

  5. Neither the congress or judiciary are constitutional bodies any more. Superfluous. President Trump will treat them with the contempt they have so rightly earned. of course they probably will have enough votes to impeach within 2 weeks, not that it will matter to anyone.
