Obama's "Russian obsession."

Consequently, Obama is clearly determined to supply weapons to the jihadists until they win. This is no «blunder». It’s a determination to beat Putin, no matter what. It has consequences not only for the US and for Russia, but for the countries that America invades or whose governments America overthrows.^[1]

It isn't Obama's obsession, of course. Who knows for sure what that is. However, the lunatics who determine U.S. "foreign policy" apparently believe that Vladimir Putin is the secret son of Stalin and Lillian Hellman and so the flame of communist imperialism burns in his chest.

Surrender or else.

Obama overthrew the elected government of Ukraine, sang Hosannas over the mayhem of the Arab spring, did his best to engineer Muslim Brotherhood control over the Suez Canal, dispatched Rodham the Impaler to Libya, showers weapons on loathsome al Qaida animals in Syria, plays "pretend bomb" ISIS's lucrative oil trade with Turkey, sends troops to Syria without congressional or Security Council authorization, and wants to have NATO move 4,000 infantry close to the Russian border but it's Putin who is "provocative" in world affairs. And must be "taught a lesson."

Maybe it's just me, but the one who gets schooled in this mess isn't going to be Putin.
