Canadian police chase.
Thanks to Wanda Sheratt, commenter at Liberty's Torch on another video of great Canadian humor.
That is one of the funniest things I've seen in a YouTube video. It could only have been funnier if the cop had helped the fugitive push his car free of the snow. (Canadian cops are very helpful!)
