Dan Stewart on the implausibility of a Syrian chemical attack.
Dan Stewart's 6/29/17 comment on an American Conservative article by Scott Ritter[1] is very good on why Pres. Assad of Syria would not have ordered a chemical attack on the Syrian population. All around common sense.
See comment here. Cliff Notes version: Assad had nothing to gain and everything to lose by using chemical weapons.
