A New IDEA

Rep. Steve King has introduced a bill that would modify IRS regulations to reduce the incentives to hire illegals. It would disallow the ability to use employee expensing for the purposes of reducing tax liability, if the employee were an illegal alien.

I'm not a lawyer, but it looks like it could work - at least for the major corporations.

    I think it's simple.

    1. Legal authorization (I-9?) information must be audited by ICE
    2. Anyone found employing a person without explicit authorization is jailed for 90 days, and assets confiscated
