Rather, the only Black people to benefit will be those ones that 'go along with the program'.
NOT middle-class people with religious values. NOT entrepreneurs. NOT those families that work to pay their bills. NOT those families that put their children's future ahead of ideology.
Only Black people who are compliant to Democrat directives.
