I ...Francis, I hope your pain goes away soonest. <br /><br />I think the biggest part of the problem is the abandonment of Rule Of Law. Once gov decided it could pick winners and losers, and acted upon that decision, companies began placing bids against each other via gov. It's only rational to try to outbid a competitor who can either destroy your business or selectively advantage their own business merely by renting the good graces of gov. <br /><br />Rule Of Law was meant to apply equally to everyone. Once it left that domain, it became unworthy of respect. I might fear the law, but I don't respect it anymore. <br /><br />A gov that picks winners and losers is the opposite of equality before the law.RockPaperScissorsnoreply@blogger.com
