George H.W. Bush’s mildly retarded son chose to ignore his enemies on the advice of his guru, Karl Rove. Didn’t work out well for him, did it? Perhaps Trump should counter-attack more selectively, but one reason he still has so many devotees is that he punches back at the Fifth Column (formerly Fourth Estate).
