Warning!

Unless you are a true master of the culinary arts, do not attempt to make a grilled cheese sandwich on matzoh bread. I can tell you from experience that this is definitely a job for an expert!

(No, you don’t have to be Jewish. But it might help.)

Grilled Shane is a local guy-Cleveland Hts has a large Jewish population-no idea what the obsession with cheese and grilled cheese is around NE Ohio, but we have restaurants that specialize in grilled cheese.

Your "Don't Have to be Jewish" link reminds me of the skit Gilda Radner did on SNL, "Jewess Jeans".

Grilled cheese is pretty great, although in passing, I'm thinking that grilled cheese with horseradish sauce might not be kosher ha ha. Makes no difference to me though, I'd just as soon have ham and cheese.

Well, yes. There was no conventional bread in the house, and I was feeling too lazy to go to 7-11. I won't do that again.
