Day Off
I need some downtime. This old age stuff is wearing. Back tomorrow, I hope. Meanwhile, pray for Scott Adams: that he depart peacefully from this life, and that his soul find its way into God's arms.

I understand that a lawyer or a professor would actually want to argue/debate any and every subject even those where there is no debate. I would understand too that as a Supreme Court Judge whose words were being heard live by tens of millions of people that while debating a sensitive or disputed subject I would want to be or at least sound neutral or open minded. But then the subject revolves around sex or gender i.e. what is a woman. The risk here is that how do you not sound stupid to 95% of the population who know with absolute certainty what a woman and a man is and also know this argument is a crock of shit whose only purpose is to accommodate mentally ill people at the expense of children. There is only one proper answer for the Supremes in this case and it should be 9 to 0.
But we all know it won't be. It will be a wishy washy decision only affecting half the country and not clarifying anything and it will be 6 to 3 with, incredibly, the 3 nutty woman on the court siding with the mentally ill trans supporters against the children. How did we get here?
There is only one solution to this problem and it is a very difficult choice. Every female athlete needs to refuse to compete with a male and every parent needs to support and encourage their children in this. It will be difficult and will destroy women's sports but it is the only power left to female athletes. Refuse to play! Don't do it ahead of time, show up, prepare for the event and when called refuse to compete with males and say it loud and proud.
As for the judges, lawyers and others involved in this; wake the hell up! The law is an ass. There is no legal argument here it is all rhetoric and doublespeak. You should not be a judge if you do not know what a woman is!
