It's a very comprehensive and well-sourced breakdown of just how the Obama administration and the Clinton forces worked together to create the Russia Collusion story, package it, and sell it to the media.
The best part, from their perspective, is that the people who who most culpable worked for a section of the Justice Dept. that is immune from oversight. So, Congress and the Executive Branches are unable to investigate their criminal actions - by law.
