Your "genetic material" comment rang true. I was reading about the run-up to the "Great Society" bill and how *cough cough* researchers were publishing papers about how the only role fathers play is financial, so having Uncle Sugar replace the daddy would not affect anything.
If the first axiom of research is that results will be biased towards those that continue the flow of funding, and that funding gets results like the one above, one can easily argue with evidence that the destruction of the black family was intentional.
As such, Democrats are therefore some of the worst racists around. To intentionally destroy the black family, to intentionally create generation after generation of fatherless children with all the consequences that devolve from that, is IMHO just a small step from genocide.
