That's probably not a surprise to you, but this proposal is designed to pull away those feckless 'Republicans' for yet fun game of "Pull Away the Football".
Only a complete idiot would believe that the Dems would play fair, after a concession.

If you fail to put Barrett on the Court before the election, she ain't NEVER gonna get the job. They will use the crippled court numbers to ram through a SURPRISE Biden/Harris win!

RINO's, Dems, but I repeat myself, have no interest in the Court interpreting the constitutionallity of new or old laws and regulations. All they're interested in is if the rulings benefit them.

For YEARS I've marveled at the GOP establishment's seemingly willful blindness to the fact that the Left plays for keeps while we fight by Marquis of Queensbury rules.
