The CDA - Communications Decency Act - that enabled the original social media sites and content aggregators to function, without being slapped with nuisance lawsuits for the content users posted, need an overhaul. A clear line needs to be drawn between those providers who offer the same terms to all, regardless of political slant, and those that essentially act to censor opinions that are legal, but disapproved for various specious reasons (or none at all).
It should be Job 1 after the election (I'm assuming that Biden/Harris don't win).
